Re: three speeding tickets in 2 days

First of all you were wise to seek legal advice. In many cases it is possible to avoid taking a conviction on a speeding ticket. In most Illinois counties it is often possible to enter into a plea bargain under which the state's attorney (prosecutor) recommends that the Judge place you on "supervision". This simply means that you can not take any convictions anywhere during the period of time you are on "supervision", (usually six months). You will need to consult with an Indiana attorney about how this is handled in that state. I have handled many tickets for people in many counties throughout Illinois over the twenty-six years I have been practicing, and I would be happy to offer my services if I might be of assistance to you. You may call me for a free telephone consultation at 314-727-2822.
