Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Indiana

what if the only copy of a living trust is destroyed. the attorney no longer practices law. is there somewhere else this would have been filed?

There is no repository where documents like this are automatically filed. The nonpracticing attorney may still have his files though, or may have sold his practice to another firm in the community, so you should check out those possiiblities too.
