how do I get a copy of my mother's will? She died in Arizona, but lived most of her life in IL?

If you know that she had one, check with the custodian of it (probably her attorney...maybe a bank).

If you have access to her belonging, go through them. If an estate has been opened, get a lawyer and s/he can get access to it by appearing on your behalf and requesting a copy of the will. Probably you should speak with an attorney because there are not enough facts here for me, or any lawyer, to properly answer your question.
