My mother died leaving a large sum of money in a living trust and her husband is still alive, do I have any rights to force a distribution or to even see the trust docoment?

Her husband refuses to provide any information.

Re: distribution of trust upon death of a parent

What rights you have depends upon what the terms of the trust are and whether your mom owned any assets not in the name of the trust. You have the right to obtain a copy of the trust document. You should have an attorney help you in the process if your mother's husband is not cooperative or can't be trusted.
