Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Indiana
Father died first.
Myself and 2 siblings were named in my father's and stepmother's will. My stepmother survives. I think everything was left to her and then us. Can she change the original will and disinherit us the 3 children?

depends on wording of will.

Florida residents can change their wills, write new wills or revoke old wills unless they have signed a written agreement not to do that and the signed agreement was witnessed by two attesting witnesses. Florida Statutes 732.701
