Re: Help

Equity will not help a man who sits on his hands, so to speak. By which I mean, if you want to preserve your rights, then you better get yourself into a real law office, with an attorney experienced in probate litigation. Your sister, as a fiduciary of your parents, will not be permitted to benefit herself unless you take too long to assert your rights. Pick up the phone and call your local bar association for a referral. Do it now.
