power of atty
my brother and i had joint power of attorney for my mother. my mother is still alive. my brother died, and i found out he stole alot of my mothers money. what can i do?

You can make a claim against your brother's estate for the amount of his unauthorized taking. There are strict deadlines for opening an estate and filing claims, so you should confer with an attorney about this as soon as possible. Good luck.
