Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Indiana
In a short way,,,I borrowed a sum of money from a friend I worked for--He tried to sue me as I couldn't pay like he wanted--And our amounts are not the same,I did the involuntary wage garnish thing and he didn't like that either--I made one payment and he passed away--I clearly know I don't owe what he said was owed..What are my options
