Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Indiana

Wills

A friends husband is dying and has not signed his will yet. He has not been of sound mind because of all of the pain medication he has been on. His children, who have not been around in years and are only showing up now because they know their father has money and have admitted so, are threatening to take everything. Will his will be valid and stand up if he signs it in his current state of being?
