Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Indiana
wills and trusts
how do you find out if you are in a will or have a trust fund? How do you find out how much money is in the will or trust fund or when you can get the money?

You cannot until the person dies or the person chooses to tell you. Upon that person's death, the will will be open and the personal representative will file it with the court.
Re: wills and trusts
It is not clear from your question whether this is an Estate or not - someone has passed away? If so, then you should certainly be in contact with the personal representative or trustee. If not, then Wills and - generally - trusts are revocable (can be changed) until death. That is, nothing is vested. If there is an irrevocable trust already created you should be aware of it - really depends whether person is alive.
