Legal Question in Business Law in Iowa

If I am dealing with a 2nd party source, who supplies inaccurate information (description, shipping time, unauthrized us of trademark/brand name, and etc.), and it causes my business to loose its outstanding reputation due to it and I have to refund over $10,000.00 + shipping costs of merchandise already paid to this 2nd party. I have saved ALL information, corresponding emails, inaccurate tracking number information, and alike. To me this if THEFT and a SCAM. What legal action can I take to get 2nd party to pay back customer refunds and sue for my loss/hurt?

The solution depends on the written agreement you have with this supplier. And if my hunch is correct this is an online retailer and you are a re-seller. If it's Ebay read the fine print of your agreement with Ebay. See a lawyer otherwise.

I agree with Stephen. You have the makings of a lawsuit but as you already know lawsuits are pretty unproductive and mighty expensive particularly if the person you are suing is not in Iowa..
