Legal Question in Business Law in Iowa
My wifes' employer recently asked that all employees submit a list of all assets and all sources of income. What are their reasonings and how many laws does this break?

This is an odd question for an employee to ask an employee to answer. I personally would not answer it. I would be asking "Why?" and "Under what law do you think you have the right to ask me for financial information?" See a lawyer.
