Sex Offense Questions

Hi, I have been searching the net for days looking for guidance and help. I havent been able to find much of either and was hoping you could change that.

Currently I am 18, and being accused of a Sex offense.

Situation: I live in Iowa. Im being accused of masturbating for a 13yr old girl on the internet, who turned out to be a man living in washington trying to catch predators. I just dont know if its true? He has logged chats and apparent screen shots of the video, and has said he has recorded my IP address. The strange thing is though it took him 14 days to tell me, and he keeps requesting my personal information, and threatening me. Telling me I can take choice A and cooperate with him and itll be easy, or choice B he just turns me in. He even said that if I wanted to help his cause I could send him $100.00 for rent and bills. I just dont know what to do, im confused and scared.

I was wondering what you think I should do?

Questions: If this turns out to be real, in your expert opinion, What do you think I will be charged with, and how will I be punished?

Should I give him my personal information, or take my chances with him turning me in? Please Help me

I would suggest that you obtain the services of an attorney as soon as possible to handle this and I would also suggest that you stop posting material of this nature in public places. You're digging a hole for yourself.
