Routine Traffic Stop Involving Illegal Search Of Vehicle

Due too ineffective counsel, A friend is going to be convicted of multiply charges that seems to have violated his civil rights and his civil liberties. Is said case he was riding with a friend who indeed has a valid drivers license and no prior criminal back ground. The officer took it upon his self to to question the passager and pull them out of the car although there was no visible violations of any crime. In doing so he discover a slap stick in the vehicle, which the passager claimed was his. He was arrested and charged with a fireams charge, due to his prior history. He was able to obtain legal counsel, but the attorney in question has hardly spoken to the defendant and has not even filed a motion on his behalf, also the officers held the partis in question for longer then 30 minutes before he pulled anyone out of the car.

Well, your friend needs to ask the court for another attorney if he's dissatisfied with the one he's got.
