Legal Question in Family Law in Iowa

Im in a cosdity battle with my ex. He just now got temp visits for a couple sat. everyother sat. before no he has not seen him since he was 4mo old cause when i took him to see him he domestic assulted me and got 2yrs for it. There is a no contact order til 2014. He has a drug history and some other minner things on his record. But he has a very bad temper. I fear my son being alone with him. Will any of these things have any kind of barring on his visits that he will get on a more perment level? What should I do?
I have a second question. He had his 1st visit with our son sat. For his visit it is set up that they meet in public and his uncle is there to suppervise and my fiance goes for my son cause he dont know him. Well at his 1st visit he gave my fiance a letter to give me. It said that he knows that he can go to jail for this but he wanted me to hear him out. He said that he will give me $40.00 before every visit for gas and between visits he will give me$75.00 to be used for our son only. How he wants to do this is he wants my fiences number to send a money gram then he will text him that he sent it. Then he wants me to call and leave him a voice mail saying i got it. And for the $75.00 he wants me to call and leave a voicemail when i need the money and he will send it. He wants all the recepts from what a spent the money on. THERE IS A NO CONTACT ORDER and I need your advise as to what to do about this?

You can't violate the no contact order. Tell him to set up a bank account and send you checks for the kid. If he won't do it he's gaming you.
