Legal Question in Family Law in Iowa

divorce or annulment

I live in Iowa and am trying to determine if i need to file for divorce or if i can get an annulment. Can you please tell me what the criteria are that I would have to meet in order to get an annulment?

Annulments are almost impossible to get and the only basis on which they are granted is because of illegality of the marriage for some reason. yourself a divorce. They're simple, relatively expeditious, work no hardship and are over in about six months start to finish. Unless property or child custody is involved.
