can u sue nd actually win against n ex fur pain nd suffering for one tht has turned ur kids against u. I've missed most of their lives. one just turned 18, nd hasn't talked to me for yrs. one is now 14, nd we have had dhs involved due to abuse... which they say is unfounded. verbal derogatory abuse, spitting, trying to punch, etc. she had tried to run my new wife nd children off the road nd even called 911 to say she'd nvr met my wife before. nd she was supposedly kidnapping my children. I recently lost in court nd had to pay her more money... she got a new car. y should I have to pay fur someone to abuse my kids? I have evidence fun the 14 yr old, but he's afraid of his mom to say ne thing. what can I do?
