Legal Question in Immigration Law in Iowa
my boyfriend got a ticket driving barred.and he doesnt have an green card . what will they do to him? will they deport him?

If you dont have legal status in the U.S. and have to go to court; ICE officers often will be at the court to pick up the person and take them to a detention center. My advice is disclose his immigration situation to the attorney he has retained to deal with his traffic ticket so they can either show up in court without your boyfriend. But definetly contact an immigration attorney so they can advise him of all his immigration rights.
