Legal Question in Employment Law in Iowa
On January 24th my employer said I was not going to recieve a floating holiday for Jan 1st. Our previous revision may of 2010 stated we would. Can they take the holiday pay away after the fact?

That sounds like something the office of the labor commissioner would be interested in. It's not an area I practice in.
