Legal Question in Employment Law in Iowa

How do I keep my job since my employer won't continue with my schedule of not working me before 7am from my doctor since I have severe hypoglycemic issues?

I don't know how you keep your job. Iowa is a right to work state which means that you can be terminated for any reason, good reason or no reason at all. I suggest you contact the office of the labor commissioner and see whether they can assist you.
