Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Iowa

My grandmother is wanting to give me her camper, but for insurance reasons it is best to keep it in her name so her rate for her car insurance doesn't go up. What is the best way for her to give me the camper down the road? Could we just add my name to the title?

Please let me know the best way to go about doing this.

It's far better to just go ahead and get your name on the paper work now. I couldn't advise you to do otherwise.
