But not here. You need to personally see an attorney to ask this question and to get legal advice. Sexucal abuse of a minor is defined under Iowa Code Chapter 709. The section that seems most applicable to your situation is 709.4(c)(4). Go to the nearest legal aid office and ask them for an explanation of your rights. You might also go to the nearest library beofe seeing an attorney, and read that Code section as well.
