Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in Iowa

Explicit Photos

I want to know if someone that has had an affair which ended in his divorce can send explicit pictures that were taken during the relationship to the spouse of the other party who knows nothing about the relationship but will likely be very pissed when he finds out. These pictures were made willingly and without any objection by both parties, but only one party has suffered the consequences - what happens if he shares those pictures ONLY with the spouse of the other party?
