Legal Question in Tax Law in Iowa

In our divorce decree, non-custodial parent can claim daughter as tax deduction if support is up to date, and I sign the Form 8332. This daughter turned 18 in March 2010, he paid support thru May 2010 when she graduated. The support for those 5 months was $1894.98. Her income for 2010 (she is in college now) was $4794.61. Can he still claim her since she turned 18 in March and her income was way more than the amount of support he paid?
