Legal Question in Traffic Law in Iowa
I didn't have my driving lic. at the time when I was given a ticket. I went to court and pleaed not guilty. The chapter is filed under CH/62.01(150) The judge said i will go to jail for 30 days and loss my lic. for 6 months. Now back in 2007 she was my Lawyer and now she is the judge is the a conflicte

It isn't a conflict of interest because her representation of you presumably has ended.
