Legal Question in Workers Comp in Iowa

I have been diagnosed with demylinating disorder. I recently worked at an agricultural company operating a large commercial sprayer. We sprayed all sorts of chemicals. I have read that organophosphates which are included in many agricultural products, can contribute to demylinating disorders. Please advise me on what to do if I believe that this has caused my problem.
