Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Italy

Dear Sir or Madam

I am a citizen of Armenia. (my country was not in the list). I am Law School student and for my Master's essay I have the following question. I would like to know is there any provision in Italy which gives advantage to the person who has teh property in Italy in the process of acquring the citizenship?

unfortunately in Italy we have not advantages applicables to people owning an Italian propety.
