Can I be forced to join a gymanstics booster club at my childs gym?

Your question does not describe your situation well enough to make it likely that anyone will give you an unqualified answer. Perhaps if you describe who is trying to force whom to join a booster club, what joining means, and what are the consequences of not joining, that seems to be "forcing" a parent to join.
