Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Kansas
I received a aid in execution order from a debt collection firm to appear in court. The thing is I am unemployed, live with folks, share assets with folks (2 cars/trailer house), no checking or saving account, only 401-k, and health problems with back and arthitis. Can they do anything? Can I do anything? Can I get out of it? Thanks.

If you have no collectable assets, is usually better to appear and stste trhat on the record. If you ignore the order, the court will issue a show cause hearing order. If you miss that, the Court wmay issue a warrant for your arrest.
Good luck.
