Battery and disorderly conduct charges

I have been charged with battery and disorderly conduct. Do I need a lawyer and what can end up happening? Jail time, fines?

Re: Battery and disorderly conduct charges

You should consult directly with an attorney. Obtain a copy of the police reprot(s) before going to see them. Once they have evaluated the specific facts of yoru case, they can advise you as to yoru options and expectation. There isn't enough space here to provide enough facts to tell you what consequences you can expect.

Good Luck
