Is it a fine or a misdeamnor
When I was 20, I got a ticket for Urinating in Public. I went to the Ogden Court in KS and was fine $10 and $35 for court fees. Is this considered a fine or misdeamnor? When ask pleaded guilty. This was in 1993.

Why don't u contact a local,legal counsel to have this 'expunged' from your record? It's a relatively easy thing to do. . .the appropriate time has passed for you to be eligible to do this.
