Violations of Joint Custody

What can a parent do who has joint custody of a child when the parent with whom the child resides violates all manners of joint custody such as changing the child's religion and enrolling in parochial school but not information the non-custodial parent until after the deed is done?

Florida - One option would be to file a modification of custody. If this parent is not compling with the divorce decree and the stipulations concerning the children, then maybe they should not be the parent who the children reside with.
