Legal Question in Immigration Law in Kansas
i filed a defensive asylum application and included my spouse and child .My spouse was in removal too but not my child.The judge granted me asylum and said my spouse and child were included in the grant. Am I supposed to file I 730 for the child or does the child already have asylee status? What do i do to get his I 94 ?

I 730 is a follow to join petition for a child who is outside of the country...is this your situation? If so then you can go ahead and file. The I 94 is issued at the port of entry when your child enters the U.S.
