Legal Question in Immigration Law in Kansas

my friend has been here since she was 7. Now she is 30. Her parents got their SS cards but failed to get the kids done. Now her Dr Lic has expired and she worries about getting caught. No trouble, graduated. good job (legal when she got it) what can we do to get her legal now.

It depends, but it sounds like her parents are residents, which would mean mom and dad could petition for her. The best thing to do would be to visit an immigration attorney and discuss all of the options and the time that it will take to accomplish each one.
