Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Kentucky
I filed bankruptcy several years ago. Now the mortgage company that was also in the bankruptcy is refusing to remove my name from the deed as the owner and I am continuing to be charged with mortgage payments as well as accumulating taxes in my name. Please advise me of my options in correcting this issue.
