My girlfriend has been recieiving death threats from someone she had an internet relationship with in the past. He has also threatened to kill me. She lives in Kentucky and is a minor. I love in Ohio, and I am 18. The man who is threatening her is 21, and lives in Georgia. I just wanted to talk to someone and discuss my options for pursuing legal actions against the man who is threatening us. He threatened the both of us once, and he threatened her again, noth times it was threats of death. Please respond so that I will know whaty my rights are and what her rights are. Thank you
