3 counts of forgery

if its 86.oo and i lived with ex boyfriends motherr for a year and have used checks befor and im on propaition for something else im i going to jail she only filed when i left her son and had to goto a dv ahelter because she thinks she wil get the baby even after the courts so no way if i goto jail baby goes to foster care

From the headline, it looks like you're concerned about being charged with forging some checks. And from the first three words of your "question", it looks like the total amount was $86.00.

Doesn't matter--forgery is a felony, no matter the amount of the check
