Legal Question in Criminal Law in Kentucky
the ca has brought charges on me without an investigation the cop who supposidly investigated it trashed my familys old farm house without a warrent or with me present and now their are charges on me for first degree burglary i didnt do it and want this to stop i can help the ca put away nearly 10 drug dealers if theyll keep me out of jail i need to take care of my schooling and family

I suggest you enlist the aid of an experienced, local criminal defense attorney who can raise those defenses for you (i.e. move to suppress evidence on the basis of an illegal search and seizure). If you cannot afford one, you will be appointed a public defender.
