Legal Question in Criminal Law in Kentucky
I have been charged with 3 Class D felonies. 2 are wanton endangerment and 1 is neglect of the elderly. I am innocent but the woman charging me is sure that I have neglected her dad and that I have tried to hurt him. I haven't found a lawyer yet. What can they do to me if I am found guilty?

If found guilty, the penalty range for D-felonies is 1 to 5 years in prison. The jury in Kentucky sets the penalty.
