diversion program

do i plea guiltity before i ask for the diversion program. how do i go about aproching the judge??

The diversion program you are hoping to qualify for requires the agreement of the prosecution. You (or your lawyer) must persuade the prosecutor that you are qualified for the diversion program and obtain his consent to your participation in the program.
