eavesdropping

if i call someone on their cellphone and i didnt know they had me on speakerphone and let other people hear the conversation can i get them for eavesdropping

No, as long as 1 person involved in the conversation knows it's being recorded, or in this case broadcast, there is no eavesdropping.
