Legal Question in Criminal Law in Kentucky
emerg. problem can't make it to court date( supena for)
I got supena for court date.I'm the one that filed charges on my husband for wanton and endangerment in the first degree. I need emerg. surgery on that day. I have been told that if I'm not there all charges would be droped. Is that true.
