Legal Question in Criminal Law in Kentucky

Grandson Attacked by Adult
My grandson went into a local department store to use the restroom while his mother and brothers waited in the car.On the way back to their car a man who was walking in front of him turned and hit him in the mouth with his fist.When the mother asked him why,he said the boy was following him through out the store.His lips were busted and bleeding profusely.Some teeth were chipped.The 15 year old boy was not in the store long enough to have been Stalking this 31 year old man.A warrent was taken out.We live in a different county from the store.What would you recommend.

Follow the advice of the prosecutor. Rstitution for any damages is usually a prt of any criminal resolution.
