Legal Question in Criminal Law in Kentucky

Hi I have an enemy who is my ex- boyfriends last girlfriend. Her car recently got keyed and she thinks I did it. She told my boyfriend she is going to ge me back. She also posted a picture of my car on her Facebook. My question is, can this can be considered a threat I vandalize my car?

There is no charge for "threatening damage to personal property." Also, I doubt she will actually be dumb enough to do it, now that she's broadcasted to the world that she will. If she does, you'll have good evidence to recover damages from her for your new paint job.

Ask yourself: Why does she think *you* vandalized her car? Why is this woman your "enemy" exactly? Because of some guy both of you used to date? Life is too short for such ridiculous drama. Extend an olive branch to this woman, stop acting like bratty children, apologize for your past bad behavior, and assure her you did not vandalize her car. Then stop having contact with her. Maybe then your car won't get vandalized, or worse.
