Legal Question in DUI Law in Kentucky

was convicted of DUI. My license was suspended for one year and Imust go to Dui classes once a week. I have completed 6 months so far and have 4 more to go. Is it possible to have the Judge grant me my license earlier.Rick

The KY Dept. of Transportation may be able to give you a "hardship" license depending on how many DUI's you have had. Usually the judge cannot give your license back because the state law tells the judge when the judge can and cannot do this. "In your corner."
