Legal Question in Family Law in Kentucky

My children was taken by cps from their father and placed temporarily with his mother because hestayed he didnt know where i was, which was a lie, i went to court and was granted custody of my children, the papers say entitled to custody no specification on full or partial, i have had plans for months to move home to wv, and i want to know what i have to do legally and what my rights are. The terms of my custody was that the father was only to have supervised visitation and when they closed the case the worker said until he completed drug classes and other things i was not to let him have the kids unsupervised. This all has taken place in ky. Also can i get the cased moved to wv after my move?

Based on Kentucky law, you most likely need his agreement or a written court order that says you can move before you move from KY to WV. I would consult an attorney about this matter in more detail however.
