Custody battle over lesbian relationship.

My ex is threatening to take custody of my child because I am in a lesbian relationship. Does he have grounds to get custody just based on that?

Sexual orientation is not legally a factor to be considered by judges in child custody situations. The standard is "best interest" of the child and there are particular factors spelled out in the law that the judge can consider.
