divorce/ child support

is the false fying of divorce papers and the false fying of wadges illegal?

also is it a type of fraud if a women gets money from the state for child support by lying about how much a man makes?

and how could u go about proving this in a criminal proceding?

Providing false information to the court through oral testimony or by way of a verified (sworn) court document is illegal. You prove it by providing evidence to the court. The court may or may not treat it criminally.
