ex-spouse

All of a sudden I am getting notices from various charge accounts that stem from my previous marraige; some of which I remember having and some that I don't. Since I have had to pay bills that were his responsibility (back-taxes), according to the divorce decree, what can I do to make sure that he pays these accounts? Also can a company freeze my banking assets without my consent?

The general answer to your question is that you can pursue contempt of court against him if he is not doing what he is supposed to do. The rest depends on the details of your situation.
