Legal Question in Family Law in Kentucky

My ex wife and I have joint custody (children ages 19 and 15). The custodial part has started to change over the past several years with my ex wife's life choices. My ex used to havecustodial parentship and I had visitation. Now I have my 15 yo daughter through the school season and 50/50 during the summer. However, recently she has opted into a relationship with a man who has a prescription pill addiction as well as meth or crack. My children have confirmed this activity as well as seeing glass pipes and cut straws as well as pill crushers in the home. The last straw was on 8/19 when the new boyfriend threatened to punch my daughter in the face by raising his fist to her in anger. I've not let her go back since then and since my ex nor her BF have a car, they cannot come to my house to visit with her. I have told my daughter that I will not keep her away from mom, but I will not let her go around the boyfriend for obvious reasons. I am seeking sole custody or at a minimum being the primary custodial parent all year and forcing my ex to submit to random drug testing before visitation. I have no need nor a want for any child support but am only concerned about the welfare of my daughter and just want to provide stability for her as she finishes school and prepares for her own life. I am currently remarried and my ex wife always tries to bring my wife into these situations by stating things like, "I will make sure you and the Mrs are durg tested as well". I always thought this was between she and I and not my wife, the ex wife and me. Can she really force have my wife drug into this situation?

I doubt a judge would require that especially without any reason to believe you or your wife have any drug issues. I would consult in more depth with an attorney if she attempts visitation or you are currently supposed to pay her child support by court order.
